We guarantee our products are all hand knit from quality materials. They will last for many years if you follow the product care instructions. We will enclose care instructions with each shipped item.

All items are inspected for defects prior to shipping and all sales are final. If you think that the item you received is defective, please contact us prior to returning the item.

Return Policy
Each item is hand knit and takes anywhere from 4 to 12 days to make. Primitve Knitting is not a chain store that sells mass-produced items. The items presented in our store are unique and made-to-order. Thus we kindly ask you to respect our non-return policy. But just in case...

Only defective merchandise may be returned for a merchandise exchange or store credit. Items may not be returned for any other reason. A replacement merchandise or a store credit will be issued by mail within 14 days from the receipt of the returned merchandise.

If your return has been authorized and you were issued a Return Authorization Number, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Returned, defective items will not incur any fees.

Items may not be returned without prior communication with PrimitiveKnitting.com. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be declined.
